Since joining the Danny Murphy & Associates Team in 2014, Justin has gained hands-on experience in every aspect of the real estate business. His role has expanded beyond sales, as he has also become involved in construction management, where he applies his deep understanding of property development and project coordination. Justin’s experience with construction management includes overseeing renovation projects, collaborating with contractors and architects, and helping clients navigate the complexities of property improvements. This expertise allows him to offer clients a comprehensive view of a property’s potential, whether they are buying, selling, or investing.
As an Orange County native, Justin has an intimate knowledge of the communities he serves and provides valuable insight into the evolving market dynamics, particularly from the perspective of the next generation of homeowners and investors. His unmatched work ethic has enabled him to master the systems and tools necessary to deliver exceptional service. Over the course of his career, Justin has been involved in the sale of approximately $200 million in residential, estate, and multi-family real estate transactions across Orange County, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties. The team has closed a total of approximately $330 million in transactions and is ranked in the top 1% of agents in both Orange County and the United States.
Justin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine, in 2021, and completed his MBA at California State University, Long Beach, in 2024. He recently completed getting his General Builders Contractors License, further enhancing his ability to assist clients with their construction and development needs.
Outside of real estate, Justin is passionate about giving back to the community. He volunteers with beach cleanups, enjoys mountain biking, running, golfing and hiking, and is always eager to dive into home improvement projects
